Honest Disclosure
When we re-skin the website we will also be adding an honest disclosure form. Now that it’s cool to be organic and green, it’s getting even harder to confirm what’s true. Local Drive-Buy will encourage sellers to sign a form committing to full disclosure of practices, and by that level of optional openness…we can connect good neighbor to good neighbor and thoughtful business to local patron, and we make it personal.
Food Trucks (Mobile Eateries)
There is a new Mobile Eatery law allowing food trucks in portions of downtown Grand Rapids. One thing we are working on is the ability for mobile eateries to be tracked on our App through a mobile device. So when patrons are hungry, and are looking for truck food, they will have no problem locating one. You step out to take a lunch and…where are these food trucks? No worries, you have the Local Drive-Buy App. Pull out your phone and check the map. Sweet, there’s a Thai Food truck parked one block north of your office!
